Do I need glue or special tools to assemble the models?
Most of our mechanical models are designed for glue-free assembly using precise laser-cut interlocking parts. Any specialized tools required, such as sandpaper or wax for gears, are included in the kit.
What is the average shipping time for an order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 10-15 business days.
What happens if I break a piece during assembly?
We offer a 'Spare Parts Guarantee.' If a piece breaks while you are building, please contact our support team with the part number from the manual, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original, unopened packaging. Please note that once the laser-cut sheets have been punched out, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Are these models suitable for children?
Our models are generally recommended for ages 14 and up due to small parts and complex mechanisms. Younger hobbyists can enjoy them with adult supervision and assistance.
